Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Photos of the item received
- A description of the issue
Refunds or replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
