Product Availability & Partial Orders

While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information, an item or quantity may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

In such cases, we may adjust the order to the quantity currently available and ship the remaining items. Customers will only be charged for the items actually fulfilled. For Cash on Delivery orders, the amount due upon delivery will be adjusted accordingly.

We will not substitute unavailable items with different products without the customer's approval.
